How to request deletion of your data from Drawfetti
Option 1: Remove via Facebook
The easiest way to delete your data is to remove Drawfetti from your Facebook account. This automatically triggers deletion of all your data:
- Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find "Drawfetti" in your connected apps
- Click "Remove"
- Check the box to "Delete all data"
- Confirm the removal
Facebook will automatically notify us to delete all your data. You will receive a confirmation code for your records.
Option 2: Contact Us Directly
You can also request data deletion by emailing us at privacy@drawfetti.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
What Data We Delete
When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account and profile information
- Connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts
- All draw history, configurations, and results
- All participant data from your draws
- Stored access tokens and session data
Data Retention
After deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems. We do not retain backups of deleted user data. Anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g., total number of draws run on the platform) may be retained as they cannot be linked back to you.
