Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Operator & Payment Processor
Drawfetti is operated by AdRific Oy (VAT ID: FI28112047), a company registered in Finland.
All subscriptions and payments are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the legal seller of the subscription, handles all billing, invoicing, payment processing, sales tax, VAT, and GST compliance. Charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear as a payment to Paddle or Paddle.com.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and does not require a credit card. There is nothing to refund for the Free plan.
3. Pro Plan Subscriptions
Drawfetti offers a Pro plan with two billing options:
- Monthly: 9.99 €/$ per month, billed monthly
- Annual: 99 €/$ per year, billed annually (equivalent to ~8.25/month)
Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes. Paddle will calculate and collect any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your location during checkout. The final amount charged may differ from the listed price due to applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan when the paid period ends
- No partial refund is given for the remaining days of the current billing period
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Monthly Subscriptions
If you are unsatisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After the 7-day window, monthly payments are non-refundable — you can simply cancel to stop future charges.
5.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After the 14-day window, annual payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and Pro features will remain available until the end of the paid year.
5.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@drawfetti.com with your account email and the reason for the refund. We aim to process refund requests within 3–5 business days.
Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. The refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
5.4 Taxes on Refunds
If sales tax, VAT, or GST was collected on your original purchase, the applicable tax amount will also be refunded. Paddle handles all tax-related adjustments automatically.
6. Plan Changes
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and any remaining credit from your current plan is prorated toward the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us at billing@drawfetti.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any issues directly and promptly.
Since payments are processed by Paddle, charges on your statement may appear as "Paddle.com" or "Paddle". If you don't recognize a charge, please check your Drawfetti account or contact us before disputing with your bank.
8. Invoices & Receipts
Paddle automatically issues invoices and receipts for all transactions. You can access your payment history and download invoices from your Drawfetti account settings or directly from Paddle's customer portal. Invoices include all relevant tax information (VAT, GST, sales tax) as required by your jurisdiction.
